Aurora (VST/AU) is an instrument designer that turns a plain-language description into a playable synth. Type a feeling, get an instrument — then shape it further with macro knobs or the vintage synth editor.

How it works:

  • Describe a sound in the prompt box — Aurora designs an oscillator, filter and envelope to match.
  • Turn the six macro knobs (Warmth, Air, Drift, Space, Attack, Light) to reshape it instantly.
  • Switch to Vintage mode for direct control over engine, filter type, LFO shape and effects.

By combining a description with a few knob turns you can go from idea to a finished, playable patch in seconds — no sound design experience required.
