Welcome to RooveMusic and ScoreFlip (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing our website, browser tools, or mobile applications, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. License and Permitted Use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access our platform and convert music files:

• You must hold the necessary copyrights, licensing rights, or fair-use permissions for any sheet music, PDF, or audio file you upload to our transcription engines.
• You may not use our conversion engines to programmatically scrape data, spam our API layers, or compromise service stability for other musicians.

2. Tiers and Subscriptions

Access to ScoreFlip's expanded libraries, unlimited exports, and educational licensing is offered on a subscription model:

• All subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your selection, and processed securely via Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Accounts downgraded to the Free tier will retain Pro capabilities until the current billing cycle expires.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our OMR (Optical Music Recognition) transcribing engine relies on complex machine learning processes. Transcription accuracy can vary depending on photo lighting, handwriting style, print quality, and audio noise levels. We deliver our utilities on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without guarantees of perfect output accuracy.

4. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to limit or terminate your access to the conversion tools without notice if you are found to be programmatically abusing our server layers or violating copyright regulations.
